Golf Club
Experience breathtaking sea views at the Waipu Golf Club, situated on a stunning stretch of land overlooking the picturesque Bream Bay. Originally founded in 1934 and having moved between three different sites in Waipu, the club finally found its home on the dunes above the beautiful Uretiti Beach. In 2022, the club invested 1.4 million dollars in irrigation and renovation upgrades, resulting in the ability to irrigate all 18 fairways. This has transformed the course, providing grass coverage all year round and making it one of the few courses in the region to offer a dry track even in the middle of winter. The sand-based course offers a unique golfing experience for all skill levels and is complemented by hire carts, friendly staff, onsite catering, and a bar and clubhouse with stunning views of the course and Bream Bay.
